FORMAL NOTICE TO ALL READERS AND SUBJECTS OF THIS SITE

LET IT BE KNOWN BY THESE PRESENTS; that this website has been constructed, construed, contributed to and paid for directly or indirectly by some 100 or more harmed parties involuntarily involved in the FRAUD by one man and/or his associates as mentioned, but not limited to, the delineation on this website.  The premise herein reflects one of the most treasured rights of free men everywhere, FREE SPEECH.  We herein use this precious right against those that would otherwise do us harm by exposing them to the public.

It is not the intent of this site to unreasonably accuse or slander anyone.  We operate in good faith to expose those people who have shown that they act in bad faith against not just individuals, but rather groups or classes of people that are inevitably good, trusting, hard working people.  Such is the nature of tyrants, cons, greedy, and self-serving scoundrels who feed upon the graces and lives of their brethren in the name of Good, God and Gold

I have, in one way or other, hunted, researched, tracked, intercepted, unwound, irritated, brought legal action against, confused, frustrated, recovered from, derailed and exposed fraudsters as long as I can remember. .  I seek to cause them more grief than they cause their victims so that they will stop the pillage.  Expose’ is the way!

I personally despise those who unlawfully take advantage of others, just because they can or have some pathological need to do so.  It is the purpose of this site to expose such vermin for who they are.  Nothing has willfully or knowingly been put on this site that is untrue.  Most of the content on this site has witness and/or documentation as to any alleged wrongdoing or the content is offered up as purely informational in nature.  Most of the actual postings come from harmed parties as the source, along with other miscellaneous research.

In the interests of justice and fair play, if any man (generic) feels that he has been wrongly accused or implicated on this site in any way, we offer and encourage that he rebut, in writing, any and all allegedly wrong statements or references that are herein represented.  We require that he offer irrefutable proof and evidence with such a rebuttal.  If error can truly be detected then adjustments will be made to correct them.  Otherwise let the truth reign and the retribution begin.

This concept is as old, tried and true as the common law itself.  No form of threat, intimidation, attack, instigation or unlawful demand will cause me to budge in my commitment to the truth, exposure of fraud and its perpetrators, nor the recovery of damages and the protection of those victims of such wrong action.
