Wednesday, June 22, 2005 Richard Ellison Caught Red HandedBreaking NewsTri-Vita’s Founding Fathers Committing Fraud in The Name of GodBrian Anderson and Richard Ellison both of Tri Vita International (at one time or other) are floating to the surface and into the “limelight” as predicted by yours truly. Isn’t it amazing that if you just sit, watch and wait a little, “sewer trout” always float to the top of the pond? Well it seems like the true colors of the Great Tri Vita International is once more showing its colors. In a recent news development another one of the original “Foundering Fathers” of Tri Vita has been exposed as cons, liars, and true criminals in the true sense of the word. There are many who feel that the old saying, “Like Father, Like Son” or “The Fruit Doesn’t Fall Far From The Tree.” We made those inferences over a year ago on this website, and through the power of threat and legal action we decided to back off from the big bad bully. We knew that in time our investigation would pay off and put Tri-Vita’s Brian and Richard were they belonged. Well, it would appear that our inferences relative to the Key Players in Tri Vita are being proven to be true by government law enforcement and investigators. First it was Brian Anderson who was and is under investigation that we at AndersonFraud.com believe will result in an indictment. Brian was a founding father of Tri-Vita just like Big Daddy Ellison (Richard to his flock). They are both still probably receiving sizable checks through third parties, from Tri-Vita who by their very positions in the company tend to implicate the Great Tri-Vita as a hot bed of fraud of and by “Christians”. This kind of activity makes me want to PUKE! And it is why this website was started and maintained. And it will be maintained until these bottom dwellers and others like them are behind bars where they belong. Anyone who feeds on Christian flocks via fraud needs to be chastised by all who learn of their activity. Since a lawsuit has been filed against Brian Anderson many people who have been violated by Mr. Anderson wonder what he looks like. Rather ironic don’t you think? Photographs of Anderson and Company were taken off this website under threat of lawsuit by Anderson. He used your money to threaten me through pricey Washington DC Attorneys to take the photos off the site. He threatened the web host company also. They stood strong and denied him his threats and stated that if I had proof of my claims they would back me all the way. I went along to relieve any threat to the web host by pulling the photos and replacing them with equivalent representations of the seemingly guilt ridden clan. Well the lawsuit has finally been filed and truckloads of proof are on the way. The individual who is alleged to have taken the photos, and who “allowed” us to originally post the photos changed his mind, probably with pressure from Anderson. If he now makes demands of this site, I will fully disclose his name, his reluctance to deal with the Andersons and their co-conspirators and take him on head-to-head and expose him for his support of Anderson. Anderson is now a pathetic public person accused of international crimes, with hundreds of witnesses to tell their stories in court. Members of his family who were willing accomplices to his financial crimes will be reposted to this site and any other co-conspirators that we may find. Saturday, October 9, 2004Old News-New Twist Dear Website subscribers and Anderson Victims, Because of the time-frame of this e-mail exchange with some of Anderson's questionable support groups, I thought that you might want to read or re-read this little ditty which had to do with one of my lists of questions to a church that our dear Mr. Anderson was allegedly a pastor of until his reputation was put on the airwaves and it caught up with him and they had to let him go. Real bad for the image you know. This was a co-host parasitic relationship from the looks of things. Please note the date, as they were going to get back to me on this hot topic after an extensive review by the Elders. A CHURCH THAT LIES LIKE A RUG, SURPRISE, SURPRISE! RUN RABBIT, RUN! It seems that the inner workings of this church move in strange and very slow ways. What is the saying about "a thief in the night"? Or is it a cockroach in bright light? I’d love to know how many Anderson victims we had in that church and the loving/protecting Elders of that congregation aren't going to let that be known until a legal tribunal forces them to do so. If you are a member of that congregation and are willing to testify in regard to the upcoming lawsuit and get some money back please contact us. As of this date, not a single response. I guess the truth is the truth and there is no denying it, eh, church'o. Cockroaches hate the spotlight. I guess we caught another one. I wonder how much Anderson is paying them to lay low and shut up? Maybe discovery in a lawsuit will give us those answers, eh? I've got to emphasize something for you readers. It is standard Modus Operandi and I run into it on a regular basis among this type of low-life who feeds on other people and then tries to intimidate them into complacency. . And it never ceases to amaze me that there is an ambulance chaser there to stand for the good name (NOT) of these crooks feeding off the ill-gotten gains as well. And they, as accomplices, stand in such indignation you'd think you were crucifying their offspring! Is there something here that we are not seeing or is it just business as usual? Perhaps it is a cosmic club of some sort, you think? (See the cosmic club under Defendants in the new lawsuit.) Well, back to the point here. The first page of the website states in very clear language that anyone who's name appears on this site and for that matter, anyone anywhere who believes that any of the information on the site is untrue, can challenge it by sending us evidence to the contrary. As everything put up on the site is documented and usually has a laundry list of verbal confirmations behind it as well we are surprised that nobody ever challenges it from a position of presenting evidence to the contrary. Funny thing about that. I, as editor, beg such people to prove the information as posted to be untrue. Not once has this happened or ever attempted to be done in anything other than a nonevidentiary and "huff and puff" manner. Don't you find that a bit strange? I do, given the profuse claims of innocence that spew from the mouths of the cons and their attorneys. Perhaps you can't offer redemption to someone who has no desire or foundation for same. Anderson called it all R-E-C-I-P-R-O-S-I-T-Y, in the name of the Lord of all things. GO FIGURE. I call it cowardice and fraud.
